MyDress is one of the largest online women’s fashion retail platforms in Hong Kong. Under Mydress, there are several Japanese and Korean women’s brands such as Nissen (Japan), Chuu (KOREA), Tokichoi (Taiwan), etc.
I joined MyDress in 2014 as a team head. The key role is to re-establish and lead the entire design team, as well as re-define overall branding and design direction for MyDress and design images for daily offers. There are different kinds of promotional offers for customers everyday. Closely working with as Project Management and Marketing team is a must to develop appropriate design direction that matches the sales plan.
Since 70% of the daily traffic to MyDress is using mobile browsers, I redesigned the website for catering different mobile devices browsing. The icons on the website are created in vector that the pixels can be perfectly presented in screens of different resolutions. Although mobile phone screen resolutions keep changing, it is confident that current MyDress official website can cater the changes in coming 2-3 years without worrying about the screen size issue.
